The Quest for LEDs

The last couple of weeks 小伙子's frentic search for affordable LED bulbs has taken on steam.

The search for cheap but powerful LEDs has become a sort of quest for the Holy Grail. Exactly! It just doesn't exist at the present moment. Affordable LEDs in the low countries are still a fairy tale. The supply of affordable and powerful LED bulbs seems to be marginal and monopolized by some market parties.

Nonetheless, 小伙子 managed to buy two powerful LED bulbs with brightness equivalent to 40 to 50 Watt bulbs.

Yesterday 小伙子 bought a long cherished banker lamp as his own birthday present. As complement to the lamp, 小伙子 bought a slightly less powerful LED bulb which is similar to a

15 Watt bulb.
