Believe it or not! 小伙子 made a real genuine tiramisu as dessert cake! It was his first creation in his pursue to become a MasterChef© in baking tarts, pastries and cakes!

This is first in a row of inspirations 小伙子 got for there are more delicious pastries in his wish list for cooking. To give you an example: Sakura Custard, Quiche Lorraine, Flan Bourguignon, Chevre Epinards and so on. You name it and MasterChef© 小伙子 will make it for you...

Year 2011 is not only a Year of Expansion in terms of healing, family, work and ministry but also a year where 小伙子 will rise up as a real MasterChef© and work on the future plan together with his beloved wife, for running a cafe/bakery in KK. May the Lord bless their plan and hope for the future which will bear the name "Bakery Bethel". AMEN
